We have come up with 2 new exquisite blends.....One we are calling Captain Good Times, and the other will be called Friendly Nebula...we are very excited about these two blends for several reasons: first one being that we are using only fresh organic herbs for this potpourri. No sticks, stems, wood chips, etc etc etc.......you will see the difference right away when you open our packages.....
A lot of people have been asking us if we will continue to sell our fundamental 3 gram fat sax.....Our answer to that is HELL YEA!!! We will never give that up....we have just added a 2 on the back of the fat sax to give us fat sax 2. Just like our new premium blends, our classics will have a new 50 state legal blend of products that is totally cool to have.

We are very excited about our new products that we will be introducing next week. We have been working feverishly to not only continue providing you with superior customer service, but to also continue providing superior products. Our promise from the beginning was to continue evolving our product and thats exactly what we are doing.
The ban from the dea has forced us to create new products, but I must admit that we have had lots of fun developing our new products. We were not willing to compromise quality for cost so do not worry about receiving sub-par products.
We have come up with 3 new products and one new aroma. You will still be able to order all of your classic aromas that was available before, but now the products have been re-formulated to meet the legal guidelines that was set fourth by our one and only friendly government!!
In the meantime, we still have plenty of of the old product left, whatever we do not sell will be used at our Christmas party ; ) You can place your order at our website www.str8fire.net

D.E.A. Ban on synthetic cannabanoids
One week ago, the DEA issued an emergency ban on 5 of the chemicals that are used in the manufacturing of herbal incense products. Included in this ban was jwh 018 jwh 073, and jwh 200. Also CP 47,497 and cannibicyclohexanol. What does this mean? Str8Fire incense will not be selling anymore products that contain any of the banned chemicals. Our desire is to continue delivering quality products to you while maintaining full legal compliance.
We will be introducing a new product to counteract the up and coming ban and furthermore, we will make sure that our quality remains consistent to our current standards.
This is not really bad news, because the ban doesnt go into effect until the end of December. (approximately Dec 23rd) So we still have time to sell our current products.
We have cut the prices on all of our products, so we can clear our shelves for the up and coming new products that we plan to sell. Our temporary discount prices are as follows:
3 gram fat sax only $8.00
1/2 oz super sax only $35.00
1 oz mega sax only $65.00
2 oz Ultra Sax only $120.00
So far, we have had an incredible response to the DEA ban and a lot of our customers are returning after weeks and months of silence to stock their shelves with our premium products.We just want to say thanks to all, we really appreciate your responsiveness and support...You guys ROCK!!

We are trying some new things. One includes offering different aromas of your favorite product. We now offer three different aromas of every size combination: vanilla, strawberry and blueberry. We will add more aromas later on if it goes over well, so stay tuned.

New Payment Options

We have finally been approved for our payment buttons through Alertpay....this is not the final solution to our payment processor challenges, but its certainly a step in the right direction. You can now purchases our products using your Visa or American Express through the buy it now buttons on the product page.
We are still working on trying to get a solution for Mastercard, so if you are a Mastercard holder, please be patient as we are working everyday on this challenge.
You may also request email invoices like we have been doing for the past month. Just send us an email at str8fireincense@gmail.com

New Shipping Policies
Hello to all,
As you all know we here at Str8Fire Herbal Incense have provided free shipping on all of our orders. This included free 1st class delivery with tracking on all orders under $40.00 and free priority on all orders over $40.00.
Effective November 11, 2010 We regretfully had to change this. The post office is starting more and more to lose our orders through first class mailings.(yes, even with the tracking numbers). Which requires us to either replace the clients order, or tell them that they are out of luck. Of course we wouldnt tell you anything like that, but the postal system is causing us great loss.
We have come up with the following for new shipping rules:
From now on, we are shipping all orders with 2 day priority. We have not had any losses using this method.
All orders under $40.00 will be charged an extra $4.75 to cover the cost of flat rate priority shipping.
All orders $40.00 and above will continue to receive FREE priority shipping.
What this means for you is a little added extra cost, but also much improved delivery times and greater reliability.
For some of you who have only ordered half ounce and full ounce packages, you have no idea what I am talking about, because we have only shipped first class to you. But for you who have had to wait for days on end for your package through through 1st class, you feel my pain.
Our goal is to continue to provide excellent customer service to you while giving you the best prices and quality available for herbal incense.
