New Shipping Policies

Hello to all,

As you all know we here at Str8Fire Herbal Incense have provided free shipping on all of our orders. This included free 1st class delivery with tracking on all orders under $40.00 and free priority on all orders over $40.00.

Effective November 11, 2010 We regretfully had to change this. The post office is starting more and more to lose our orders through first class mailings.(yes, even with the tracking numbers). Which requires us to either replace the clients order, or tell them that they are out of luck. Of course we wouldnt tell you anything like that, but the postal system is causing us great loss.

We have come up with the following for new shipping rules:
From now on, we are shipping all orders with 2 day priority. We have not had any losses using this method.
All orders under $40.00 will be charged an extra $4.75 to cover the cost of flat rate priority shipping.
All orders  $40.00 and above will continue to receive FREE priority shipping.

What this means for you is a little added extra cost, but also much improved delivery times and greater reliability.

For some of you who have only ordered half ounce and full ounce packages, you have no idea what I am talking about, because we have only shipped first class to you. But for you who have had to wait for days on end for your package through through 1st class, you feel my pain.

Our goal is to continue to provide excellent customer service to you while giving you the best prices and quality available for herbal incense.
